Jess began her real estate career in Darwin, where her dedication and results quickly earned industry recognition. In 2012, she was awarded both Property Manager of the Year and the prestigious National Outstanding Property Manager Award, recognising her commitment to excellence in property management.

Throughout her career, Jess has successfully managed diverse residential and commercial property portfolios, overseeing every aspect of property management, including leasing, tenant relationships, maintenance coordination, financial administration, compliance, and asset performance. She is known for her proactive communication, strong organisational skills, and ability to resolve challenges with professionalism and efficiency.

Jess's experience also extends beyond traditional real estate. As the owner and operator of her own motel business, she developed a strong understanding of business operations, financial management, strategic planning, and customer service. This entrepreneurial experience enables her to approach property management with both a landlord's and a business owner's perspective, focusing on protecting investments while delivering outstanding service to tenants.
